Inspired by a little craft project we saw in this month's Family Fun magazine, which called for using paint sticks, Courtney and I made these little gals. The popsicle sticks were her choice. She wanted them little.
She chose the fabrics. I thought maybe she'd be getting tired of those dots, since she already has a backpack and a clutch made out of them, but I guess she still likes them!
We hot glued (well, I did, actually) the hair and fabric on. Courtney likes the straight red hair best. I like the curls.
I, of course, wanted to take pictures of what we made. She, however, was a bit reluctant.
But I coaxed her into doing some funny shots, so here they are:
I even got a shot of the bruise on the birthmark on her knee. ;)
We had a fun day today!

Doesn't get any better! Great pictures. mw
I was waiting for her to stick them up her nose. Where's that picture?
Thanks, Mark!
JESS!!! I'm very glad she can't read yet!!
What a great photo booth!
I see that she showed her feisty side a little.
Those popsicles look very unappetizing.
Dale
They would be even less appetizing if they'd been where Jess thought they should be.
Naughty Jess.
Thanks, Dale. Yeah, naughty Jess. Her mama must not have taught her very well.
She is so cute. I'd sure like to meet her this summer!

Ugh. Sorry. It keeps posting twice. Blaming the iPad...
Is that because it's an iPad2? My iPad doesn't do that. Heheh.
Possibly a meeting can be arranged! :)
Love those dark eyes.
