My new little model, Kit, has been back at work. Her top is part of the outfit she came with, but I made the jeans she's modeling here:
The pattern is another I bought from Liberty Jane Patterns. It was so cute I couldn't pass it up! Just look at the details!
Although the fly is fake, the pockets are functional pockets, front and back. :)
Don't give me too much credit for sewing those parallel stitching lines so evenly. I dug out my double needle that I hadn't used for 25+ years to do the topstitching. It worked like a charm!
Because she had no school, Courtney was here for the whole day yesterday. I had made up a treasure hunt with clues to help her find my doll and some new clothes. She had a blast, and (to no one's surprise) she LOVED my little model! She had brought her AG Marie Grace along, and we had tons of fun playing with them together. Photos coming later this week.....

Wow wow wow!!! I'm so impressed!'
Thank you! :)
Oh my goodness, very cute jeans. So that's what a twin needle is for....:-)
Thanks, Kris! Yep, that's what it's for... among other things. :)
