It's almost finished. Or was at the time of this writing, which was yesterday afternoon. Maybe it's done by now. (Hmm... that's interesting to write ahead of time, when I know it's not finished but might be by the time you read this - ha, weird!) If so, you'll be seeing it soon!
Now a question for you (if there are any of you left reading, since I've been pretty lax in posting lately). Do you follow my Instagram account, and if so, is it too repetitive to see the same photos on here? I don't want to bore you, but I post lots of pics on IG and don't want those of you who only follow the blog to miss so much. A quick comment with your thoughts would be appreciated. I thought of doing a survey, but this is faster and easier. Thanks!
And now I'd better get back to the sewing machine (this was yesterday, of course) or my "boss" will fire me! This project shouldn't be taking so long... but I've had other things to do along the way, so sewing time is limited.
P.S. In case you missed it before, my Instagram ID is grandma_g415 .

Your blog is my favorite.

I only read your blog. I don't do Instagram. Please don't stop!
Ditto. But I just signed up for Instagram-Ma G in case you go in that direction. I can't stand the thought that I'm not getting photos of your sewing stuff as soon as possible!! HA! HA!
Whoo on you sewing a bag!!! Love the fabrics (but of course). Did J request that orange, or did you just pick it because it went so well with the blue?
I, on the other hand, have not sewn anything since that expandable thingy. Last TimeWarp bag cut out, though! Now to wait till the kids are back at school.
I have no idea how Instagram works, let alone subscribe to it, so please keep blogging! Where else would I voluntarily look at caterpillars?? (Although go right ahead and post larva photos on your Instagram thingy, so other people can freak out er... I mean, enjoy them, too.) Hee!
Well, even if we already saw the pictures, we get a lot more narration than in an Instagram caption, so I really like that. Also, recaps of whole sewing projects on the blog are great (and it's way easier to search for a specific project/bird/flower/cat picture/etc.).
To me, the only downside is that it's kinda hard to don't be repetitive when I'm commenting on both Instagram and on the blog.
I don't do Instagram.... Blogs only.
Thanks for the input, everyone! It helps!
Annie Dee - thanks! It's nice to feel so important to somebody! :)
LiEr - the orange fabric was a Jess choice, of course. :)
Geneviève - thanks for mentioning the search aspect, as I hadn't thought of that! Also, please don't feel like you have to comment on 'everything'. I love it, of course, but I don't want you to strain your brain trying to think of what to say, especially on repetitive posts. ;) Just say what you feel inspired to say, and if nothing comes, that's okay, too. (But don't skip TOO many! ;-D )
So I just went back to school this week (kids start next Tuesday) so I am a bit late to the party here, but I also don't do Instagram. I like the blog, even if the posts are sporadic!
Jenny
Thanks, Jenny... I appreciate your chiming in. Hope you have a good school year!
