Okay, here you are, my patient(?) readers! I hope it's worth your wait!
Courtney sure loved them. They're made of fleece, and are very soft and cuddly.
More explanation will come later. For now, I have to work on expanding the family. (The CHICKEN family, not mine!!)

Too cute! Totally not what I was expecting. Although I'm really sure WHAT I was expecting...
I love the big chicken!!!!!!!! and the little one too!!!!!!!!!!
They are so cute. BUT correct me if I am wrong. Do you not hafta make an egg FIRST---and the comes the CHICK? You may just have solved the long running Mystery. Of which actually came first!
Thanks!
Actually, Grace, there was an egg... and the chick was in it. Didn't Courtney tell you that part? The hen lays eggs! I just didn't get a pic of that part... yet. Let's just say there's more to this chicken than meets the eye! ;)
So, no... the mystery's not solved yet!
And you'll have to stay tuned for more chicken news... next week, hopefully!
I love it.
Especially if it actually has little eggs for the chicks to come out of.
Courtney is going to have lots of fun with this project.

Oh, I also have to comment on your play with words.
I liked your term "unblanketing"
and I also like Courtney's smile.
You can see she had to suppress it to contain her joy.

Thanks, Dale!
This project has only just begun!
Woah! Okay that's what I get for not scrolling down! That is INCREDIBLE!!!!! Way to go Grandma G! You get this weeks award!
Thanks! What's the award?! :) Actually, the post was last week, so I probably don't get anything, right?
