This just in...

The latest corn update, taken moments ago:

This isn't the same spot she stood in for the photo two weeks ago (Mark will be observant enough to know that already). I did take a picture there, but it didn't turn out well. Because of our horrendous humidity, the camera lens had fogged up. This spot has taller corn so looks nicer, anyway. ;)

All the rain, heat and humidity does make the corn grow!

Rain makes corn corn makes... Have you heard that song? (called rain is a good thing)I think it's funny. They played it at the baseball game when it rained!

that is amazing, it is like you can almost hear the corn grow. I don't know what it is but I cannot remember it ever being that tall when we were growing up on the farm. I don't think it was that tall till August. It is amazing what a "little" fertilizer and anhyrous ammonia will do when you add the correct amount of heat, humidity and rain.

Your corn model just keeps getting cuter!

I think your "measuring stick" is the cutest!

JHRME... I have heard that song before, but I didn't realize it till I played a sample on Amazon. :)

Yep, my model/measuring stick is the best (in the state, at least... I know there's an awfully cute one in CA, too!). :)
