From the garden

It's not quite something to harvest, but very pretty! Courtney and I saw this dragonfly in the garden on Tuesday. It kept coming back over and over again to sit on the top of that onion plant. Isn't it lovely?

Very Pretty dragonfly. Wonder if they like onions? Courntey, Tanner and I just picked a bowl full of yummy, tender, crisp radish pods. I had never thought of harvesting them until I heard on a radio cook show about eating the pods that form after the radish plants go to seed.
So beside a few wild black rasperies that the three of us picked we will have radish pods with some sour cream veggie dip for lunch. We were not lucky enough to see any dragonflies.

I've never heard of eating radish pods, either. Too bad I didn't plant any radishes. :)

I didn't know you had boy(s) this week. And I thought your Courtney day was tomorrow (besides the after daycare pick-up). No doubt everyone's having fun at Grandma H's!
