74°? AND patches of grass?! Winter is definitely coming to an end in your neighborhood! I'm kinda envious, but your pictures are a reminder that spring is on its way.
"On its way" is right ... as opposed to "here to stay". Our temps are way above normal, and they'll be heading back down soon. But it sure is nice while it lasts!
