While we were at Jess & Alex's, we took a walk one evening and I took lots of photos. First I'll show you some of the houses/buildings. I love the variety and interestingness!

Was that a church with sliding doors on the side, or an illusion? Great pics, thanks!
Great pictures! They reminded me of Pittsburgh. I lived there for five years in the early 90's and would walk my 2 girls around the neighborhood.
I was wondering the same thing as you RevAnne... It is hard to tell!
Looks like one is for sale. Are you tempted?

Thanks, ladies! I really don't know about that red building! I just took the pic because it seemed like an interesting contrast to the mostly tall, narrow buildings. Sure does look like sliding "barn" doors on the side, though. Maybe Jess can check it out sometime.
Um... no, Ellen. :) It'd be nice to live that close to J&A, but we are so not city dwellers! ;)
Great neighborhood. Really lovely architecture. That red building looks more like an old stable than a church! Love these photos.
Thanks, Annie Dee!
I loved the unique old skinny houses there as well!
