What we don't go through...

... when it comes to searching out kittens! One of the cats had her babies back in a very hard-to-reach spot, so it was a challenge to get them out for snuggling. Courtney's showing how it's done:

You have to reach as far as you can!

Ahhh... success! She got one!

So worth the effort!

Quite a tiny little thing it was.

Actually, these pics are a couple of weeks old. (I'm scraping the bottom of the blog fodder barrel, so if I don't show up for a day or two, it means I'm out trying to find something to take pictures of!) The babies come out on their own now when they hear our voices. So cute!

What's the corn doing these days?

The corn is growing like crazy! My little assistant won't be here till Friday this week, so I can't do a comparison shot until then. I did tell her she was done with that job, though, since it's past the 4th of July. :) We'll see what she says. Maybe I can bribe her. ;)

Courtney looks so big, like she has really grown recently. Either that, or your kittens are getting smaller!

That IS a very tiny kitten. Barely has its eyes open in that pic. :) If you saw Courtney standing next to Grandpa in the last corn post, you can tell how big she actually is. Both pics were taken the same day.
