I'm sure many of you remember all the various frost photos I posted last winter. Fog + very cold temps = frost. Normally that occurs during the winter... NOT in the fall when there are still leaves on the trees and bushes. But here ya have it, folks... frost on the lilac LEAVES from yesterday morning:
With snow in the background, no less:

Yep, fall is officially over. We have leaves under snow, under leaves. That should be fun to rake up! Hope it warms up enough for the snow to melt. Even wet leaves are easier to clean up than snow and leaves.
Relax and leave the leaves till spring. You may have to, like it or not. ;(
I'm still holding out hope for Indian Summer. But not much (hope, that is).
And such a beautiful blue sky...

I'm in total denial. These are pretty photos! BUT I'm pretending the temps when taken were in the 70's.
Still the best and most beautiful weather phenomenon. Great pictures as always!

Lovely photos, and your work and the work of nature :) I'm in the Ukraine, in the city of Odessa, this year too, with "Indian Summer" was a small fault :) Very quickly become cold, and after a time suddenly warm sun and clear days vernulis.I now have well almost "Indian summer"! Maybe you, too, all of a sudden change? :) have a nice day!
