I love photos! I love taking photos! So this blog will be mostly photos (and an occasional video clip) I've taken, and though they will speak thousands of words by themselves, I'll usually be adding my 2¢-worth, too. ;)

Yay for string cheese! The funnest part is is shredding it to pieces!
Ditto! I love string cheese!
And of course it tastes better when it's shredded!
For some reason Mom never got that it tasted better shredded. She'd buy a big block of mozzerella and tell us it was the same thing. Its not.

It's not. Haha. The flavor changes with the seperation of the strands. When tested in the school cafeteria 20 kids to every 1 agreed. ;)
Well, then I guess that proves it. :)
But did you ever try "stringing" block cheese?
